Vacuum shot blasting machine is a compact, hand-held. Sandblasting and vacuuming are controlled by only one operator. The system is started by gently pulling the trigger, and when the trigger is fully pressed, sandblasting and vacuuming are activated simultaneously.
The abrasive is vacuumed and stored in a compact conical chamber. The abrasive is drawn into the mixing chamber of the Vacuum machine with high speed air flow, where it is mixed with air and then pushed out of the nozzle. It offers the opportunity to sandblast with various apparatus for different surfaces. Abrasive and dust are collected in the hopper. The dust is drawn into the filter, the abrasive is ready again and the blasting process continues.
An area of approximately 30 mm width can be cleaned with a vacuum blasting machine.
When the blasting is finished, the vacuum releases the trigger for half to two seconds, and the vacuum collects the remaining dust and abrasive back into the hopper.
The vacuum stops with the trigger fully released. Vacuum shot blasting machine is applied with steel grit and steel ball.
