The combined unit (Suction + Reclamation) is designed for vacuuming and cleaningsteel abrasives used in air blasting, which become contaminated with dust and otherpollutants during the blasting process. It has the capacity to handle the work of fourblasters simultaneously. The unit is equipped for continuous operation, meaning it can function without interruption if enough abrasive is circulating.
The equipment is manufactured according to the current standards and regulations, meeting all the safety requirements presently enforced in Europe. It bears the CE mark and complies with all related regulations, including the EU declaration of conformity, machinery directive, and more.
This transportable abrasive suction, reclaim, and separation unit can be quicklymounted on a substructure frame for an interchangeable open body. Therefore, it is portable and well-suited for on-site blasting tasks.
Service personnel manually vacuum the abrasive and impurities (up to 60 mm in size per piece). The material reaches a "continuous suction material evacuation system" through a suction hose via an abrasive coarse separator. This allows the suctionprocess to supply the mobile abrasive suction, reclaim, and separation unit to be operated without interruption.
The abrasive coarse separator specifically filters out smaller impurities, sucking theminto the filter along with the grain particles of the abrasive that can no longer be used.
The filter has a separation size for grains amounting to < 1 micrometer and is self-cleaning. The dedusting intervals can be adjusted via the control box.
